These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jewell’s Jamzz website, online store, and all services provided by Jewell’s Jamzz LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Information

Jewell’s Jamzz LLC is a Kansas‑based small‑batch food business specializing in artisan jams, baked goods, and wedding/catering services. All products are produced in compliance with Kansas food safety regulations.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, 21 for purchasing liquor soaked bundt cakes

  • You are providing accurate and complete information

  • You are purchasing for personal use or gifting, not resale

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Product Availability

All products are made in small batches and may be limited in quantity. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with options for a replacement or refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Shipping Policy (Jams Only)

We currently ship jam products only to ensure quality and safety.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

6. Local Delivery Policy (All Other Products)

All non‑jam items — including grazing boxes, baked goods, and catering items — are available for local delivery only.

Delivery is included within a 20‑mile radius of Shawnee, Kansas.

We do not leave perishable items unattended. A recipient must be present to accept delivery.

7. No Returns (Kansas Food Safety Law)

Due to Kansas food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any food products.

All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if production or shipping has not begun.

Once preparation starts, cancellations are no longer possible.

9. Event & Catering Terms

For weddings, grazing tables, and catering services:

  • A $250 retainer is required to secure your date

  • Retainers are non‑refundable

  • Final payment is due one week before the event

  • Cancellations within 7 days are non‑refundable

  • Guest count and menu selections must be finalized 10 days prior

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for significant changes in guest count or menu.

10. Allergies & Dietary Accommodations

We offer nut‑free, gluten‑conscious, vegan, vegetarian, and pork‑free options upon request.

However, our kitchen is not certified allergen‑free, kosher, halal, or parve.

Clients are responsible for communicating dietary needs in advance.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and product descriptions — is the property of Jewell’s Jamzz LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the website

  • attempt to access restricted areas

  • use our content without permission

  • engage in fraudulent activity

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jewell’s Jamzz LLC is not liable for:

  • delays caused by shipping carriers

  • allergic reactions

  • misuse of products

  • damages resulting from incorrect storage

  • losses caused by third‑party services

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of our website and services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.

Any disputes will be handled in Kansas courts.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
