Jewell’s Jamzz ships jam products only to ensure the highest level of freshness, safety, and quality. All other items — including grazing boxes, baked goods, and catering offerings — are available for local delivery only within our service radius.

By placing an order, you agree to the shipping and delivery terms outlined below.


Jam Shipping (United States Only)

We ship our small‑batch artisan jams throughout the United States. Each jar is prepared, sealed, and packaged with care from our kitchen in Shawnee, Kansas.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier. We do not add handling fees — you pay exactly what the carrier charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you need help locating your shipment, reach out through our Contact Page.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses. Please double‑check your shipping information before completing your order.


Local Delivery (Non‑Jam Items)

To preserve quality and safety, all non‑jam items — including grazing boxes, baked goods, and catering items — are not eligible for shipping.

Delivery Radius

Local delivery is included within a 20‑mile radius of Shawnee, Kansas.

For events or orders outside this radius, please inquire through our Wedding & Catering page.

Delivery Requirements

Because these items are perishable, someone must be available to receive the delivery. We do not leave items unattended.


Warm Weather Shipping Notice

During warmer months, jam shipments may be affected by heat exposure. While we package carefully, we cannot guarantee that products will not soften or shift in transit.


Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment

  • Store credit

  • A partial or full refund

This is handled on a case‑by‑case basis to ensure fairness and product integrity.


No Returns (Kansas Food Safety Law)

Due to Kansas food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any food products. All sales are final.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if production or shipping has not begun. Once preparation starts, cancellations are no longer possible.
