On Occasion: Serving Mr. Jamzz Bundt Cakes with Intention
There is a version of dessert that is merely sweet. And then there is a version that is memorable.
Our liquor-soaked bundt cakes — made in small batches from our Shawnee, Kansas kitchen — belong to the second category. Each flavor is a considered pairing of spirit and ingredient, designed to be served at moments that matter.
Rum Coconut
Serve chilled, dusted with toasted coconut. Pair with a dark rum old fashioned or a cold brew. Best suited to warm-weather gatherings, bridal showers, and afternoons that stretch into evenings.
Limoncello Poppyseed
Slice thin and serve alongside a glass of prosecco or a lemon verbena tea. The brightness of the limoncello cuts through the richness of the crumb. A natural choice for spring celebrations and garden parties.
Whisky Apple
Warm slightly before serving. Pair with a sharp cheddar or a dollop of crème fraîche. This is an autumn cake — suited to harvest tables, corporate gifting, and any occasion that calls for something grounding.
Chocolate Orange Liqueur
Serve at room temperature with a dusting of cocoa and a single candied orange peel. Pair with an espresso or a port. This is the cake for winter evenings and formal celebrations.
S’mores with Marshmallow Liqueur
Torch the top lightly before serving for a caramelized finish. Pair with a bourbon or a hot chocolate. Suited to intimate gatherings and celebrations that lean nostalgic.
