The Considered Table: Building a Wedding Grazing Board with Artisan Jam
A grazing board, done well, is not a collection of ingredients — it is a composition. Every element earns its place. Every flavor has a counterpart. And at the center of it all, something worth returning to.
At Jewell’s Jamzz, our small-batch jams are built for exactly this role.
The Foundation
Begin with two or three cheeses of varying texture: something aged and sharp, something soft and yielding, something with character — a smoked gouda, perhaps, or a lavender chèvre. Arrange them with intention, not symmetry.
The Jam
Place our Mango Habanero or Cranberry Jalapeño in small ceramic vessels. These are not garnishes — they are the conversation starters. Guests will ask about them.
The Details
Honeycomb. Cornichons. Candied walnuts. Thin-sliced charcuterie folded loosely, never stacked. Fresh herbs tucked into the negative space. Seasonal fruit at the edges.
For Events
Our Favors Jam collection allows guests to take a piece of the table home — a small jar, labeled and tied, that extends the experience beyond the evening.
