Two Ingredients. One Impression: Blueberry Jam & Brie

Some of the most enduring combinations are also the simplest. Blueberry and brie is one of them.

Our Blueberry No Added Sugar Jam — made in small batches with no added sweeteners — brings a clean, concentrated fruit note that cuts through the richness of a ripe brie without competing with it. The result is an appetizer that reads as effortful and tastes as though it took considerably more time than it did.

To Serve

Score the top of a wheel of brie in a crosshatch pattern. Spoon the jam generously over the surface. Warm in a 350°F oven for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese begins to yield at the edges. Serve immediately with water crackers, sliced baguette, or endive leaves.

To Elevate

Add a drizzle of honey and a few sprigs of fresh thyme before warming. Finish with a crack of black pepper. Pair with a chilled pinot gris or a dry sparkling rosé.

For the Table

This appetizer scales effortlessly — two wheels for a dinner party, four for an event. It is the kind of thing guests photograph before they eat it.
