Our Peach Bourbon Jam begins with sweet, sun-ripened peaches before being layered with the rich character of McFarlane’s Reserve Bourbon and fragrant vanilla bean. Handcrafted in small batches using vegan-friendly unrefined Zulka Morena cane sugar and naturally thickened with agar agar, every jar offers a beautifully balanced blend of juicy fruit, warm oak, subtle caramel, and smooth vanilla.

Whether paired with artisan cheeses or served alongside your favorite dessert, this preserve turns ordinary moments into memorable ones.

Made with vegan-friendly unrefined cane sugar that is never processed with bone char.

Contains bourbon. While much of the alcohol cooks off during preparation, this product is made with bourbon for flavor.

Produced in a kitchen that also processes dairy, eggs, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, fish, and shellfish.

My favorite pairing is this jam spooned over baked Brie with toasted almonds, served alongside warm baguette slices. It’s also incredible drizzled over vanilla bean ice cream or brushed onto grilled pork for a sweet, bourbon-kissed glaze.
