Our Spiced Plum Jam begins with ripe black plums that are gently simmered until their natural sweetness deepens and their texture becomes beautifully smooth. Finished with real vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, and allspice, this handcrafted preserve is made in small batches using vegan-friendly unrefined Zulka Morena cane sugar and naturally thickened with agar agar.

The result is a rich, comforting preserve that feels just as at home on a holiday table as it does on a quiet Sunday morning.

Produced in a kitchen that also processes dairy, eggs, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, fish, and shellfish.

This is my favorite preserve to tuck into a baked dessert. Spread a layer over the bottom of a rustic tart before adding sliced pears or apples, or spoon a little into the center of thumbprint cookies before baking. The spices deepen in the oven and make the whole kitchen smell incredible.
